Hi I’m having lowerback pains and its moving to my stomach if lie down it doesn’t really work I’m taking a warm bath now to see if it works but still getting pain I’m too scared too go to the hospital and its nothing searoucly can someone please help and it feels like I need too go to the bathroom now and then
