I’m excited to have a Simple Wishes Hands-Free Pumping Bustier to give away this week! A lot of mothers combine breastfeeding 
with working (and pumping at work). As one of my friends (a mother of infant twins) phrased it recently, you have to be a “multi-tasking phenom.” A bra like this would be a helpful addition to the multi-tasker’s skill set 🙂 I wish that all mothers would have the freedom and flexibility at work to be able to sit down and really take a few minutes “time out” to pump for their babies. One of the cool things about this bra is that the ribcage band is adjustable up to 10 inches, so you can get a “custom” fit. The one I have to give away is a size L up to XXL. I have taken the bustier out of the package to look at, but it is brand new and never worn (though the seal is opened from my having examined it). To enter to win, you have several choices. I never pumped at work but I would say for pumping in general make sure you have the right cup size. It can make pumping more comfortable! = )

While pumping at work, I made sure that I wore a scrub top (I’m a nurse) that was looser than usual so I’d be able to maneuver everything underneath my shirt without lifting it.

I can fully empathize with not being able to sit down and pump leisurely while at work. I am returning to work soon, and will likely be shoveling food in my mouth while I pump, and all the while hoping that I dont get called back to work before my “break” is over. A hands free pumping bra is a lifesaver for someone like myself.
Yay – hands-free pumping is a big winner. It takes so much less time to pump both sides at once, and frankly seems more effective. Maybe that’s psychological though…
Great idea…wish I’d had one when I was pumping (to donate). I’ve been thinking about pumping again to donate, and this would definitely make it easier now that I have two children.

I’ve never thought about the ways a pumping bra could make it easier but it makes sense.
I’ve been pumping at work for the past 9 months and now being pregnant again (and still pumping and nursing) I suppose I will be at it for a long time 🙂
I try to do everything to get ready to pump in the same order each time to get in the mindset to pump. I massage my breasts and think of my daughter nursing until the first let down and then I usually read until I’m done (one hand holding the pumps, one hand trying to keep the book from falling on the floor)
